How do I book?


All items are shown on our hire shop page.  


If you wish to book online then simply add the items to your basket and you can choose to pay a deposit or the full hire amount, then complete our booking form and email this to us.  We will then send you confirmation of your booking and all the information you require.

Alternatively, if you wish to view the products before making a decision, you can book an appointment in your own home or in ours.  This is completely free and there is no obligation to make any decisions then and there.  For smaller items, we can post these out to you.


You can reserve your date for £25.00 and then confirm your items at a later date.


What area do you cover?


We mostly cover the Nottingham area.  Our prices include delivery and collection within a 20 mile radius of NG11 6DA.  If your venue is further than this then we are happy to travel further for a rate of £0.45 per additional mile.  We regularly visit venues in Nottingham, Newark, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Loughborough.  We've even been as far as Stoke so it isn't a problem.

When should I book?

We advise you to book as soon as possible, please contact us before proceeding to pay your deposit to ensure that your date is available.  


Do you require a deposit?


When you book items, a deposit is payable immediately.  When you book online and add the items to your basket, you can choose to pay the deposit or the full hire amount.


When is my balance due?


Your balance is due 28 days before the date of your event.  An email will be sent to you with your invoice and details of how to pay.


Do you have insurance?


We are covered for public liability and a copy of our insurance certificate is available upon request.


Ive changed my mind about my booking, what do I do?


If you would like to change or cancel your booking at anytime, please contact us by phone or email.  The deposit is non refundable.  You can add items to your booking at any time.


Do you charge a breakages deposit?


We do not charge a breakages deposit, however if items are damaged whilst in your care, then we will invoice you for the cost of us to replace the item.  We accept that general wear and tear does happen and spillages do occur, so we only ever charge as a last resort.
